- Working Pressure Range: Generally applicable to a pneumatic system pressure of 0.15-1.0MPa, which is compatible with the pressure parameters of most industrial compressed air systems, enabling stable output of thrust and pull force to meet various load requirements in mechanical actions.
- Stroke Flexibility: Provide a variety of standard stroke options (common specifications such as 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, up to 500mm or more). For special application scenarios, customized stroke designs can also be provided to match different travel needs of mechanical equipment.
- Buffer Design: Most SU cylinders are equipped with built-in rubber buffers at both the front and rear ends of the cylinder. When the piston moves to the end of the stroke, the buffer can effectively absorb the impact force generated by the piston's movement, reducing operational noise and avoiding rigid collision between internal components, thus protecting the cylinder and improving the stability of the entire system.
3. Environmental Adaptability
- Temperature Adaptation: The normal operating temperature range is usually -10°C to 60°C. For high-temperature or low-temperature working conditions (such as in high-temperature drying equipment or cold storage auxiliary machinery), special material configurations (e.g., high-temperature resistant sealing rings, low-temperature resistant piston materials) can be selected to ensure the cylinder maintains normal operational performance.
- Media Compatibility: Primarily designed for clean compressed air as the working medium. It is required that the compressed air is filtered (usually with a filtration precision of 40μm or higher) to remove impurities such as water vapor and oil droplets, preventing blockage or wear of internal components (e.g., valve cores, sealing rings) caused by impurities.
4. Functional Extensibility & Installation
- Magnetic Switch Compatibility: Most SU cylinder models are reserved with grooves for installing magnetic switches (e.g., reed magnetic switches, Hall magnetic switches). By installing a magnetic switch, the real-time position of the piston (such as the "extended in place" or "retracted in place" state) can be detected, and the signal can be fed back to the control system (e.g., PLC) to realize automatic control of the cylinder's action process, improving the automation level of the equipment.
- Diversified Mounting Methods: Support multiple standard mounting forms, including foot mounting, flange mounting, axial mounting, and pivot mounting. This allows the cylinder to be flexibly installed according to the spatial layout and action requirements of the mechanical equipment, reducing the difficulty of installation and adaptation.
