Structural Design Characteristics
- Lightweight Cylinder Body: Adopts an aluminum round tube cylinder body, weighing only 0.015kg. It balances lightweight properties and structural strength, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements on equipment load.
- Threaded Connection Structure: The front and rear covers are connected to the cylinder tube via threads, enabling convenient assembly and strong sealing performance, thus reducing the risk of air leakage.
- Multi-specification Installation Adaptability: Offers various rear cover types (such as swing-tail type, hinge fixing frame type, etc.) and installation accessories, supporting flexible installation and adapting to the layout requirements of different equipment.
Sealing and Guiding Characteristics
- Special-shaped Bidirectional Seal: The piston adopts a special-shaped bidirectional sealing structure, which is compact in size and has a built-in oil storage function. It can reduce frictional loss and extend the service life.
- Self-lubricating Guiding: The front cover is equipped with a self-lubricating bearing, eliminating the need for additional lubricant. It features high guiding accuracy and low wear, improving operational stability.
Performance Parameter Characteristics
- Action Mode: Divided into double-acting type (standard model) and single-acting type (e.g., MSAL/MTAL series). The double-acting type drives the piston for reciprocating motion through bidirectional air pressure, while the single-acting type relies on a spring for reset. It adapts to scenarios with different power requirements.
- Pressure and Speed Range: The double-acting type has an operating pressure of 0.1-1.0MPa and a speed of 30-800mm/s; the single-acting type has an operating pressure of 0.2-1.0MPa and a speed of 50-800mm/s. Both can meet medium and low load working conditions.
- Stroke and Cylinder Bore: The cylinder bore is fixed at 20mm. The standard stroke ranges from 25mm to 500mm, with a maximum stroke of up to 500mm. The stroke tolerance is precisely controlled (tolerance of +1.0mm for 0-150mm stroke, and tolerance of +1.4mm for stroke >150mm).
- Environmental Adaptability: The operating temperature ranges from -20ºC to 70ºC, allowing stable operation in low-temperature to normal-temperature environments. The working medium is air filtered through a 40-micron filter, making it suitable for conventional pneumatic system
