The essence of a pneumatic control valve is "a valve that uses compressed air as power to control the on-off/direction of air flow". As an industrial-grade pneumatic control valve, the 4A series first has the following basic characteristics:

Power Source Characteristics

It is driven only by compressed air (no electricity required), making it suitable for "explosion-proof and anti-electromagnetic interference" scenarios (such as chemical industry, oil fields, and dust workshops) and avoiding safety risks caused by electric sparks.

Action Logic Characteristics

1. Most adopt a "5/2 valve" or "5/3 valve" structure ("5" refers to 5 ports: P (air inlet), A/B (working ports), R/S (exhaust ports); "2/3" refers to 2 or 3 working positions), which can realize core control functions such as "cylinder extension/retraction" and "neutral pressure retention".
2. Supports single pneumatic control (single pilot) or double pneumatic control (double pilot):
   • Single pneumatic control resets via a spring (returns to the initial position after power/gas cut-off).
   • Double pneumatic control switches via air pressure (maintains the current position after gas cut-off, i.e., "memory function").
