Structural and Material Characteristics
- Cylinder Barrel and Connection Design: The cylinder barrel is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and undergoes surface anodization treatment, which endows it with both corrosion resistance and wear resistance, enabling it to adapt to various complex working conditions. The front and rear covers are connected to the cylinder barrel via fine-threaded screws, making the assembly process simple and efficient, and facilitating subsequent maintenance and disassembly.
- Sealing and Guiding Configuration: Both the shaft dust seal ring and the piston seal ring adopt Japanese standard seal components. Among them, the piston seal ring has a two-way sealing structure, which is compact in size and excellent in sealing performance, effectively preventing gas leakage. The front end cover uses a self-lubricating bearing for guidance, which provides good lubrication and guiding performance and reduces friction loss when the piston rod moves.
- Buffering and Protection Design: A fixed anti-collision pad is installed inside the cylinder, which can significantly reduce commutation impact, lower the noise and wear caused by the collision between the piston and the end cover, and extend the service life of the cylinder.
