The cylinder barrel is typically made of high-precision seamless steel pipe or aluminum alloy (for lightweight models), with an inner wall polished to a high finish-this minimizes friction between the piston and the barrel, reducing wear and ensuring smooth piston movement. The piston rod is usually made of high-strength carbon steel with a hard chrome plating layer, which enhances its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, extending the cylinder's service life.

2. Operational Performance

• Working Pressure Range: Generally applicable to a pneumatic system pressure of 0.15-1.0MPa, which is compatible with most industrial compressed air supply systems. It can output stable thrust and pulling force, meeting the load requirements of various mechanical actions (such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and clamping).

• Temperature Resistance: The normal operating temperature range is typically -10°C to 60°C. For special working environments (such as high-temperature workshops or low-temperature storage areas), special material configurations can be selected (e.g., high-temperature resistant nitrile rubber seals, low-temperature resistant fluororubber seals) to ensure the cylinder maintains reliable performance.
• Media Requirements: Designed for clean compressed air as the working medium. It is mandatory to install a filter (with a filtration precision of 40μm or higher) in the air supply line to remove impurities such as water, oil, and dust-this avoids blockage of the cylinder's internal air passages or premature wear of seals and piston rods caused by impurities.
